PFAM accession number:PF04973
Interpro abstract (IPR006419):

PnuC is a membrane protein responsible for nicotinamide mononucleotide transport [ (PUBMED:2546921) (PUBMED:15561822) ], subject to regulation by interaction with the NadR (also called NadI) protein (see IPR006417 ). The extreme N- and C-terminal regions are poorly conserved.

This entry also includes the riboflavin/roseoflavin transporter RibM [ (PUBMED:22136195) ], which can also transport FMN and FAD [ (PUBMED:28406895) ].

GO process:nicotinamide riboside transport (GO:0034258)
GO component:membrane (GO:0016020)
GO function:nicotinamide riboside transmembrane transporter activity (GO:0034257)
