Raftlin
PFAM accession number:PF15250
Interpro abstract (IPR028169):

Raftlin plays an important role in the formation and/or maintenance of lipid rafts [(PUBMED:12805216)]. In B-cells, Raftlin is localised exclusively in lipid rafts by fatty acylation of N-terminal Gly2 and Cys3, and is co-localised with B-cell antigen receptor (BCR) [(PUBMED:12805216)].

The raftin family consists of Raftin and Raftin-2.

This is a PFAM domain. For full annotation and more information, please see the PFAM entry Raftlin
