RraB regulates mRNA abundance by binding to RNaseE and inhibiting its endonucleolytic activity [ (PUBMED:16771842) (PUBMED:18510556) ]. A subset of these proteins are predicted to function as immunity proteins [ (PUBMED:22731697) ].
