PFAM accession number:PF07393
Interpro abstract (IPR009976):

This family contains the Sec10 component (approximately 650 residues long) of the eukaryotic exocyst complex, which specifically affects the synthesis and delivery of secretory and basolateral plasma membrane proteins [ (PUBMED:12665531) ]. It also includes Recyclin-1 and protein Pof6. Recyclin-1 is involved in recycling plasma membrane proteins internalized by endocytosis [ (PUBMED:10769031) (PUBMED:11287615) ]. Pof6, together with skp1, is essential for septum processing and cell separation [ (PUBMED:12511573) ].

GO process:exocytosis (GO:0006887)
