SseB is known to enhance serine-sensitivity in Escherichia coli [ (PUBMED:7982894) ] and is part of the Salmonella pathogenicity island 2 (SPI-2) translocon [ (PUBMED:12724372) ]. This entry contains the presumed N-terminal domain of SseB.
