Centromere protein J, a member of the TCP10 family, inhibits microtubule nucleation from the centrosome and depolymerises taxol-stabilised microtubules [ (PUBMED:12068715) ]. T-complex is involved in spermatogenesis in mice [ (PUBMED:15047868) ].
