ADP_ribosyl_GH

ADP_ribosyl_GH
PFAM accession number:PF03747
Interpro abstract (IPR005502):

This family includes enzymes that perform ADP-ribosylations, such as ADP-ribosylarginine hydrolase EC 3.2.2.19 which cleaves ADP-ribose-L-arginine [ (PUBMED:8349667) ]. The family also includes dinitrogenase reductase activating glycohydrolase [ (PUBMED:2506427) ], and most surprisingly jellyfish crystallins [ (PUBMED:2506427) ], although these proteins appear to have lost the presumed active site residues.

This is a PFAM domain. For full annotation and more information, please see the PFAM entry ADP_ribosyl_GH
