PFAM accession number:PF15809
Interpro abstract (IPR026135):

Uncharacterised protein C6orf15 (also known as STG) was initially isolated in rhesus monkey taste buds [ (PUBMED:11178745) ]. The human homologue is also expressed in skin and tonsils [ (PUBMED:15217361) ]. In mice, C6orf15 has been shown to be secreted into the extracellular matrix where it binds to a number of different extracellular matrix proteins [ (PUBMED:18757743) ].
