The domain within your query sequence starts at position 22 and ends at position 164; the E-value for the Tfb2 domain shown below is 2.9e-44.

PFAM accession number:PF03849
Interpro abstract (IPR004598):

This entry represents the p52/Tfb2 subunit in the TFIIH complex, which is not only required for transcription but also plays a central role in DNA repair. The TFIIH multiprotein complex consists of a 7-subunit core (XPB, p62, p52, p44, p34, and TTDA) that is associated with a 3-subunit CDK-activating kinase module (MAT1, cyclin H and Cdk7) [ (PUBMED:21592869) (PUBMED:22308316) (PUBMED:22572993) ]. The p52 subunit interacts with subunit XPB, which is an ATP-dependent 3'-5' DNA helicase, and stimulates its ATPase activity [ (PUBMED:17466626) ].

GO process:nucleotide-excision repair (GO:0006289)
GO component:transcription factor TFIIH core complex (GO:0000439)
GO function:ATPase activator activity (GO:0001671)
