The domain within your query sequence starts at position 1135 and ends at position 1309; the E-value for the PGAP1 domain shown below is 3.2e-9.

PFAM accession number:PF07819
Interpro abstract (IPR012908):

The sequences found in this family are similar to PGAP1 ( Q765A7 ). This is an endoplasmic reticulum membrane protein with a catalytic serine-containing motif that is conserved in a number of lipases. PGAP1 functions as a GPI inositol-deacylase; this deacylation is important not only for the efficient transport of GPI-anchored proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi body but also for efficient degradation of misfolded GPI-anchored proteins in the ER [ (PUBMED:14734546) (PUBMED:6319176) ].

GO function:hydrolase activity, acting on ester bonds (GO:0016788)
